Books arrived packaged well. Have not had the chance to read yet, but font is a size with some nice black and white illustrations.

The book has good paper quality and it is illustrated with coloured pictures. I am altogether happy with the purchase, it came on time.

I am so impressed with the amount of valuable information contained on each page! It is easy-to-read information which will change and improve the simplest things in your life. Like mincing or slicing garlic and letting it “rest” for a few minutes so you get the true benefits of it.
